Sketchy Stay, Not Cool
Checked into a room and found pink stuff in the tub. 😬 Plus, the sofa was super stained, and the fridge had scratches. The whole vibe felt old and musty. The staff tried to help with room issues, but it just wasn't cutting it. Breakfast was decent, though, so that’s a small win.

Spacious room layout with a cozy sitting area.
The elevator was out of order for a significant time during peak hours.

missingWrote a review on Oct 28dirty bathroomdisappointing breakfast area
Our stay was riddled with issues. The room was not clean upon arrival, with hair on the floor and unwashed linens. We had to endure a dirty bathroom and melt crayons in the refrigerator that had been left open. The breakfast area was chaotic with buckets leaking water from the roof, making it uncomfortable to dine.

The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, making it easy to enjoy the area with my family. We loved the spacious layout of the suite, which provided plenty of room for everyone to relax. Breakfast was a highlight, offering many delicious options, including made-to-order omelets. However, aside from the great amenities, the room cleanliness could use improvement as we noticed some issues that detracted from our overall experience.

I loved the layout of our suite with a separate bedroom, and the made-to-order breakfast was outstanding! However, the pool looked nothing like the beautiful one from their photos.

great suite but parking needs attention
The Two-Room King Suite had plenty of space and was very comfortable. The staff, especially desk manager Michael, provided outstanding assistance during my stay. I truly appreciated the hotel's effort in keeping the common areas tidy and presentable.
The contractor responsible for snow clearing did not do a thorough job, making it difficult for guests in the parking areas.
